I visit lots of NYCHA developments for my job. This one had nice grounds with lots of trees and buildings are in decent shapes (all new roofs!). Unfortunately also observed urine in elevators and needles on the roof. Management should be stricter about these issues. Neighborhood is quiet and is near Soundview ferry.
