I found this apartment complex to be pretty good overall. The amenities are very nice and helpful, specifically the shuttle and gym. Me and the boys absolutely love The Dillon, moved in august. Neighbors are chill, the amenities are okay wish the coffee machine was newer but the pool and buses make up. Love the quiet adult style housing they offer. Front desk is always helpful, Joseph and Bradley clutch up anytime I call. Def recommend for any sopho

Lived here for two years and no complaints, the bus system is great the staff is so friendly and they do free food events every once in awhile to have everyone engage with each other! The pool and gym are great amenities and the gym is24/7! If I wasn’t moving I would definitely say I’m not leaving !
