...really depends on your roommates. As for the community, you can be as involved (or not) as you want to (or don't want to) be. Commons block has all the standard residence facilities, such as vending machines, a pool table, ping pong, study rooms, bathrooms, gym, etc... And obviously a front desk. You get your own P.
