Very bad service . For people who travel need a good wifi .such basic things a hotel apartment lacks . Such a shame. The only place the internet works is the drawing room so incase u wana use wifi sit in drawing room n u can't go in ur bedroom 😂😂 We were there for just 1 day n when I complaint someone else was checking

I’ve been staying here since April 26th and the experience has been very disappointing. Upon arrival, our apartment had several broken electrical sockets (a safety hazard) and absolutely no hot water. The room was also not cleaned to a professional standard. We stayed here in May 2025. The rooms were just okay, spacious but rather noisy with a lot of light from the street coming in at night, and were also kind of warm. The beds were really firm. I don't recall if there's AC or not. Location is also a bit out of the way for most sights. The staff were great though.
