It is a very good accomodation for students in Caen. The residency is in the city center, right next to the library. The mall is a 5 minute walk away, and there is also a trail along the river which is perfect for a walk, a jog or to bicycle on. For public transport, the tram stop is only a 2 minute walk away from the
New well-furnished studio apartments. Located in the vibrant presqu'ile area. Tram, bus stops are very close. No significant deductions from deposit. Sometimes could be noisy due to busy street and frequent fire alarm trigger.
Clean, comfortable, convenient. Stayed here for stage and had a great experience. Special thanks to the building manager Madeline Leblanc who goes above and beyond for the residents.
