Easy 1 star. The majority of these google review are fake. Pool cues have been broken the entire year. Sports simulator has been broken for 90% of year. I can see the nice Hot tub out my window, but it has not been open the entire year. However, the latest review states she loves all of these amenities? Clearly the HER

Don’t ever live here. The fan is EXTREMELY NOISY , very inhabitable. That noise coming from the air conditioner and fan is so loud that l can’t even sleep and study at all. Apartment said that they will fix this but they broke it even worse! Now I’ve had no heat for days. Also the sound insulation is terrible here, you
