this residence is honestly top ✨ The studios are new, super clean, and perfectly located in Capucins. The service is amazing too. Everything is made for students chill lounge, study room, laundry, and the studios come fully furnished. And the manager? always available, fast, and really helpful. Fr I 100% recommend it :

Terrible experience when return my apartment here. They will try to charge you as much as possible. Then they will send all of the documents VIA MAILBOX of our old address (and of course you will not recognize about their existence). The later you recognize about it, the more you have to pay. Truly a scammer!
