Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating stays I’ve ever had🙃. I booked a Deluxe apartment, but what we got was a completely different and much more basic one — nothing like the photos shown online. When we called to ask for a change, the staff was extremely rude, said all the other apartments were “FULL BOOKED ”
