Simply avoid this place. Poor infrastructure led to 2 burst pipes in 2 different occasions, months apart. Extreme water damage, no amount of compensation (very poor compensation at that) will save you from being HIGHLY inconvenienced. The fire brigade came by and even then they couldn’t at least stop the water from flo
