I'd proceed with strong caution with this residence. Our daughter and two of her friends were coming to Saint Etienne for an exchange from Canada. After multiple emails, texts, and calls, we were told that the residence was saved and secure for them and we delivered the necessary documents as instructed by Baker Hill.

The managers aren't responsive or helpful, and the company changes managers every now and then, leaving the residence with no support at all for extended periods. I didn't receive refund for my deposit more than 45 days after moving out. The place itself is nice but dealing with UXCO staff is an administrative nightmar
