Ugh this place is disgusting! The lobby stinks and the garage is so dirty. My car was literally covered in dust. I’ve been to visit my friend a few times this year and TWICE there have been issues with the elevators shut down!! She has her own review on here but omg don’t waste your rent money. So gross! Her neighbors

Why isn’t there an option for zero stars? This building will risk your life to save a dollar. Group Fox owns AND operates this building and wants your money to chew you up and spit you out. In Dec 2025, the elevator cable in Car 1 broke The car dropped ten floors--TWICE. The guy inside was hurt and trapped for 4 hours
