Spent Summer 2025 in 55 John Street location and had a great experience. Located right next to subway station, about half a block away that easily takes you to midtown area. also less than a 10 minute walk to Brooklyn bridge. Enjoyed meeting other interns in the building!

Absolutely horrible experience at this location as a parent of a very dissatisfied student at PACE. Heat broken, AC doesn't work, silverfish, roaches, no parking, leaking roofs, rude staff, non working washers/dryers, etc.......... HORRIBLE
