Living at this specific location of Mac Properties was a challenge (for visual purpose, I had a 2 bedroom 1 bath): #1 The building is relatively hold, with no renovations. Thus, their are loud radiators throughout the entire year, walls that crack due to water leakage, a loud toilet (with a public toilet handle on it)

Among many other problems, it smells like cigarettes and/or weed in the building and in the apartment all the time (coming from ventilation). And management does absolutely nothing about it. Glad I am out of here in 4 months and will never rent anything with Mac Properties again!
